Terms of Service: Void Collections CCG Twitch Extension

Effective Date: June 4, 2025

1. Scope of Service

Void Collections ("we," "us," or "our") provides a free Twitch Extension ("Extension") that allows viewers to earn, collect, and open digital card packs by watching partnered streams. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Extension or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

2. User Obligations

• You must have a valid Twitch account in good standing to authorize and use the Extension.
• You agree not to use bots, scripts, or any form of automation to manipulate watch-time, follower checks, or pack drops.
• You agree not to harass, spam, or post illicit content using any alert or chat-integrated feature of the Extension.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension’s code or assets.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, card images, names, logos, lore, and any other content associated with Void Collections are copyright Church of Divine Apathy and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of any Extension content without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: The Extension is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Void Collections or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Extension.
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for any lost or corrupted reward data or card collections due to bugs, server downtime, or other technical issues. We may, at our sole discretion, re-award lost rewards on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Handling

Your use of personal data through the Extension is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms at https://voidcollections.com/terms with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Extension after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
